Live shopping

Hello Liveshoppers! 🥰

Every week we broadcast at least 2 live shopping events on Instagram and Facebook.

In our live broadcasts, we offer you inspiration, shopping, competitions, offers and entertainment.

Sundays at 19.00 are our fixed live broadcast. and during the week we run an extra live.

During life, you can shop the products you want that we show, by commenting a number we show for each individual product and size.

The products you comment on end up in a combined shopping cart in your dm (message inbox) where you then click through to pay.

In life, you can pay with Klarna or card.

We ship to all of Sweden and Europe

The shipping with us is SEK 49, then you can order as much as you want and only pay one shipping.

If you live near the store in Jönköping, you can pick up your order on site without shipping costs.

If you want to make a supplement and buy something from the website that is not shown live, you can place a separate order on the website and write a comment under notes "Combined shipping with live" and choose the shipping option "Pick up in store" So your orders are combined shipping for only 1 shipping.

After the life is finished, it is open for shopping for 3 days. Located as a post in our feed on Instagram and Facebook, so you can check when it suits you and continue to comment on what you want to buy.

A shopping cart that is not checked out after a reminder will be deleted so someone else gets the chance to shop what you have packed in your shopping cart.

So check out your shopping cart immediately after the live so you don't miss out on your items.

If you regret a product in your shopping cart, you can press "Remove product" and it will be removed from your shopping cart and someone else on the waiting list will be happy.

If you have signed up for an item that you cannot see in your cart, it may be sold BUT you will automatically be put on a waiting list for that item and receive a notification if it becomes available that you can add.

To get a Live reminder before we go live, you can leave a comment under the post "INVITATION" and you will receive a notice so you never miss our live broadcasts.

Delivery and return conditions:

Right of withdrawal 14 days according to Swedish law (distance contract law) applies to everything except glasses and jewellery, this due to hygiene.

No open purchase or right of exchange on sale.

All returns must always be reported and approved before we attach a return slip to email Kundservice@nelbaehome.se

If you choose to collect in store, you have 7 days to collect your package. If the package is not picked up within the time, the right to open purchase and the right to exchange expires.
